Emeryville-based Qumu said today that it has raised $10.7M in a Series C funding round. The round was led by Advanced Technology Ventures, and also included SAP Ventures, Storm Ventures, Garage Technology Ventures, Halo Opportunity Fund, and the Angels Forum. Qumu develops video publishing software used by companies to broadcast their multimedia publications.
